This policy covers threadches.site and the emails you send us. The short version: this is a small company website with no accounts, no checkout and no advertising trackers, so we hold very little about you.
What we receive
- Messages you send. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard details of each request, such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What this site does not do
- It does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
- It does not load fonts, scripts or trackers from third parties. Everything is served from our own domain.
- It does not ask you to create an account or enter payment details.
How we use information
We use messages to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We use technical logs to run the website, fix problems and protect it from abuse. We may also use either where the law requires us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf so that the site and our inbox work. We may disclose information if a court or regulator lawfully requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as it takes to deal with your request and to maintain reasonable business records. Hosting logs are kept by our provider for a limited period and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you further rights. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This policy is only about this website. Each online store we operate has its own privacy policy, published on that store, which covers orders, accounts and payments made there.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
